These terms govern your use of this website and, where applicable, your session with Crown & Rose Photography. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them. Amounts are in U.S. dollars; these terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, U.S.A.
You're welcome to browse and share links to the site. The photographs, text, design, and marks shown here are the property of Crown & Rose Photography (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright. Please don't copy, download, reproduce, or republish images from the public site or from client galleries without permission — see the Licensing page for how usage works.
Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation; it does not reserve a date or create a contract. A session is confirmed only when we've agreed on the details and completed any deposit or booking step I describe to you directly.
Session details — scope, deliverables, timing, and price — are set out when we book. Any deposit, balance, and reschedule or cancellation terms will be stated at that time and form part of our agreement. I'll always try to accommodate weather and life; my aim is a fair outcome, not a fine-print gotcha.
Delivered images are provided under a personal-use license as described on the Licensing page. Copyright remains with Amanda unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial and editorial use requires a separate license.
Private client galleries are shared by a unique link and password for your convenience. Please keep your link and password private; they're intended for you and the people you choose to share them with. I'm not responsible for access gained through a link or password you've circulated.
Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you're not authorized to, scrape or bulk-download images, or use the site or its content unlawfully.
The website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown & Rose Photography is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
I may update these terms; the "last updated" note above will change when I do. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
